BBW#9: Tattoos on animals
This art book project presents illustrations of tattooed animals. The theme was inspired by artists such as Andy Feehan and Wim Delvoye who tattooed skins of live pigs and bald dogs, giving them the status of an artwork, in order to be considered luxury pets that does not deserve to be treated cruelly or consumed. Without being so provocative, seven artists were invited to develop visuals on the theme, later compiled in a printed object.
